I’m Mark Worrall, founder of Implify — a specialist consultancy dedicated to CCMS Implementation, Training and Support.

With over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries, and the last 15 years specialising in commissioning and Completions Management Systems (CCMS), I have delivered successful CCMS solutions on some of Australia’s and the world’s most significant projects, including Rio Tinto RVS, BHP South Flank, Shell Prelude FLNG, Wheatstone HUC, INPEX FPSO and APLNG.

My deep practical understanding comes from starting my career as a qualified Mechanical Tradesperson and Mechanical Technician. Having worked on the tools in construction and commissioning environments, I truly understand the real-world challenges project teams face when using CCMS in the field.
